Title: Old Town Scottsdale I | ENVI 3D Images | Old Town Scottsdale I | ENVI 3D Renderings Old Town Scottsdale I Location: Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona, USA (Plans and a simple 3D rendering) Description:Totally remodeled, a cute little outdoor space in the center of Scottsdale by Merit Landworks We were asked to preserve the fall line in a way that the functionality of the space didn费t have to sacrifice a beautiful environment. This presented a unique design with an extensive xeriscape garden, walking paths, and a relaxing water element to create a place of meditation. We had a mix of native plants, and drought-resistant materials to keep the sustainable element, whilst retaining that particular charm of the area. Not only was flagstone capable of withstanding weather extremes, but it also imparted rustic sophistication as visitors meandered through the artistically crafted grounds. When tackling that, the biggest challenge we faced was the existing drainage issues that were present in the area. We did so by putting an innovative grading solution into place, redirecting water so as not to erode the landscape but in fact complementing the design! We also had our talented team built some seating areas for gathering spaces using reclaimed wood which brings a lot of character to any setting. The end result was nothing less than stunning. Combining beautiful plantings with an efficient layout, 'Old Town Scottsdale I' has turned into a popular retreat for relaxation and entertaining. We were able to go above and beyond, much to the delight of the client, and accomplish and create a space that embodies the true meaning of Scottsdale living.
