About This Project

Title: Merit Landworks → Central Phoenix IV Central Phoenix IV by Merit Landworks Located in the heart of Central Phoenix, this represents our commitment to the highest caliber of landscaping design and implementation. For this , we had a greater vision from the beginning to take this basic yard and turn it into an outdoor sanctuary while servicing the greater Phoenix area as well as Fountain Hills, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree and Sedona. The yard was all over the place, the showcased a covered section with a beautiful build pergola, a water feature and lots of native flowering plants. The landscaping materials we chose were products such as decomposed granite walkways and Arizona flagstone that conserve water while adding visual interest. The most challenging part was how the landscape slopedeven with the horizon so distant, we needed to grade the spot where their entertaining space was going to be level but we didn’t want to kill the natural sculpt of the land. Using soil segregation techniques, our professionals contour the land to promote proper drainage and stability while ensuring that ongoing plant communities stay in great condition. The end product is an organic, functional oasis that breathes with nature. The clients loved every bit of the transformation, from the hardscaping to the plant life, which brings not only greater value to the home but also a beautiful refuge from busy urban life. Merit Landworks created a landscape that truly embodies Arizona living, going above and beyond with amazing attention to detail and high quality design.
