The CLEMENS 2023 is a prime example of the artistry and craftsmanship Glacier View Landscape & Design, Inc. is known for, nestled in the heart of Boulder County. Glacier View has mastered outdoor area design with the CLEMENS property into a beautiful retreat serving Dacono, Erie, Firestone, Frederick, Lafayette, Longmont, Mead, Niwot, Louisville, Superior, Westminster, Thornton, and Broomfield. It was an expansive undertaking with a careful balance of hardscaping and softscaping components. We integrated natural stone pathways, handpicked to match the smooth stonework of the patio, that meander through the lush gardens, stitching the seamless flow from the lively flower beds. The emphasis was on high-quality, better than the cheapest, local materials to ensure all three are durable, sustainable, and improve the property. The site had extremely sloped land that needed tiered garden beds which were not only visually appealing but also notionally useful as they helped drain excess water from the lawns. The team used dry-stacked retaining walls made from local stones to create the effect of rustic style while conserving the natural topography. The end result was nothing less than stunning. The landscape is populated with native specieschosen for their ability to thrive there and for their particular beauty at different times of the yearso that the garden can be self-sustaining throughout the seasons. Outside, an inviting patiocustom built with seating and a fire pithas become the ideal meeting place for family and friends. CLEMENS 2023 is another demonstration of Glacier View upholding quality and customer satisfaction for the customer was more than satisfied with the final product of their outdoor space.
