This , situated in the heart of North Scottsdale, is a contemporary, earthy and clean yet natural approach to beauty as requested by our client. The showcases a carefully detailed site plan, featuring indigenous desert vegetation, manicured green color tones, and beautiful hardscape components. Natural high quality materials like locally available stone for pathways and patios were not only blend well with the ecosystem but are also very sustainable and long lasting. The hardest obstacle was that our property was a slope and so we had to use various grading techniques to make it look pretty and make it functional. One of the showpieces of North Scottsdale IX, beyond its impeccable three-ensuite bathroom layout, is the bespoke water feature, which is not only eye-catching in itself, but also complements the calm vibe of the entire rear yard. Lush boulders and colorful flowering plants frame this relatively secluded oasis and provide a perfect view in every direction. The engineered outdoor living includes a pergola with overhead shade and a fire pit area to enjoy with friends and family. The way each component was meticulously placed and positioned to maintain an optimal flow, and ease of access. The end result is a stunning landscape that not only satisfies the client but delights them with a retreat space that is truly a reflection of the Arizona desert hillside. North Scottsdale IX is another shining example of the high standards of construction and creative design that Merit Landworks has worked to uphold over the years and another great addition to the many we have built and designed in the Fountain Hills, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree and Sedona areas.
