Our crew was tasked with taking a very modest backyard transformed it into an amazing retreat for comfortable relaxation and entertaining family and friends for special occasions, balancing function and aesthetics perfectly. The program did include custom-built flagstone patio set to provide a warm, inviting outdoor living space. The natural stone provides a wonderful aesthetic harmony of landscape while capturing durability and warmth and beauty. In the middle of the patio is an elegant, handcrafted stone fireplace, a perfect addition to pair with cozy conversation on beautiful evenings under summer stars. The local sourced stone sets the fireplace apart, as well as became a key design. Surrounding the patio is a refreshing pool, encased with travertine coping which should represent the responsive oasis we were creating for families. You cannot understate the effect of enhancing the setting with beautiful, low-maintenance site solutions relying on native and ornamental landscaping around the space that will engage and enliven the family and friends. The slope of the property was one of the elements we had to work around during the execution. Our professional crew designed and built tiered landscaping as a solution to improve the aesthetics and the drainage of the area while creating access to all areas. The slopes and frames of the layout created a wonderful opportunity to refine the layout of the space, opening it through careful design and functionality The final product displayed the perfect example of contemporary, natural and aesthetic harmonies that create comfortable engagement outside living areas.
