Wilkinson Residence: Pablo Creek Reserve Completed by Serenoa Landscape Design, the Wilkinson Residence at Pablo Creek Reserve showcases the artistry and expertise of our team of professionals. Situated in the scenic setting of Ponte Vedra, this blends nature and modern design elements beautifully, creating a magical outdoor escape. The scope of work included the complete redesign of the property's landscape, with an even-handed layout incorporating native plantings, ornamental trees and colorful flower beds that thrive in the coastal environment. Quality materials were used throughout to achieve durability and beauty, including natural stone walks and engineered eco-friendly hardscapes. One of the biggest challenges included the sloped grade of the property that impacted drainage to prevent erosion and maintain the health and integrity of the landscape. Our team effectively utilized a tiered garden to contain the slope while creating a layered design to the visual depth of the space. The finished product is a beautiful outdoor retreat, including a calming water feature, custom fire pit area for entertaining, and lush greenery to attract wildlife. The clients were thrilled with the transformation and shared how the landscape has become part of their living space for enjoyment and relaxation with family and friends.
