Overland Park, KS Office Building, before and after Check out this amazing transformation we did on a landscape at an office building for Monumental Lawn & Outdoor LLC here in Overland Park, KS. It was more than opening up a curb view; it was working to make it a warm and inviting space that encourages productivity and professionalism. The landscape beforehand was overrun with shrubs, uneven land, and seemingly no design at all. The task for our team was to reimagine this space while honouring the existing architectural features of the building. With the use of durable materials like local stone, drought-tolerant plants, and organic mulch, we established the basis for a low-maintenance and aesthetic landscape. Carefully designed a new design to include a stunning selection of native plants for biodiversity while being low-maintenance. Now, at the entrance, a colorful seasonal flower bed brings joy, with ornamental grasses catching winds here and there. We added a seamless path of permeable pavers to improve visitor access, manage rainwater, and guide foot traffic. The end product is a stunning makeover that has received rave reviews from staff and customers alike. This office building has been transformed into an example of our quality, elements of imaginative creativity and sustainable energy consciousness.
