Fort Worth Residence by LandPatterns, Inc. Located in Fort Worth, Texas, the 'Fort Worth Residence' by LandPatterns, Inc. exemplifies our passion for high-quality landscaping and unique design. While serving the communities of Dallas, Highland Park, Oak Lawn, Richardson, and University Park, we took advantage of the challenges associated with this residential space to develop an aesthetically pleasing outdoor retreat. The commenced by having a comprehensive consultation to understand the client's needs. The client's initial requests were primarily circled around generating curb appeal for the home and making the area usable for family gatherings. After some planning, we were able to create a colorful, lush landscape made of a combination of native Texas plants, drought resistant shrubs, and flowering plants the work together to thrive under Texas conditions. The features of the include a well-constructed stone pathway directs people through the garden toward a beautiful custom made outdoor living area with a trellis and bench seating. The stonework is comprised of locally sourced sandstone to asure it will survive and enhance the space naturally. We designed the space with irrigation in mind to conserve water while having a greater aesthetic to the landscape. One of the larger challenges we faced was the gradient of the land. We had to level and implement drainage features to alleviate erosion issues and longevity of the installation. Through planning, and effort, our team was able to turn the gradients into an appropriately tiered garden that turned into a real asset to the property. In the end, the 's outcome exceeded the clients expectations for relaxing, useable, entertaining, and gathering outdoor living space. Many thoughts went into the colorful flowers, and garden depth improves the qualities of relaxing outdoors. Altogether the captures not only an inviting outdoor living space, but it showcases LandPatterns, Inc.'s dedication to craftsmanship to know they can design, and build and outdoor living with nature. In the end, as a result of the design and built placement of the new landscape, the 'Fort Worth Residence' has substantially improved the home while creating a gathering space for the enjoyment of outdoor living and enriching just the beauty of the new landscape.
