This was an all-encompassing landscape makeover designed specifically to draw attention to the beauty of the property, while considering its use and sustainability. This utilized a balance of native plants and ornamental trees that are well-suited for the local climate and site empties. Beautiful hardscaped stone paths detailed in flagstone from the local area connect garden beds bursting full of color and life that delight visitors as they are led through the changing seasons of colors and scents. An aesthetically pleasing natural water feature, with calming sounds of falling water, immerses the visitor into a tranquil and peaceful space. The true test on the Nagorzanski property was the challenges in the site's unevenness and soil quality. The team included incredible members who utilized graded earth and soil amendment methods to help create a flat surface that accommodated planting, and significantly deterred poor drainage in the space versus nothing being done. Additionally, an irrigation system was installed that would use little water to reach plants regardless of location in the property. At the end of the , we provided a landscape the clients could hardly believe came from their own back yard! Their dreams of an outdoor space to relax and entertain went from inspiration photos to reality. We appreciate the clients going above and beyond in helping us achieve superior craftsmanship. Now the clients have an amazing outdoor oasis that reflects everything they love nature so close to their home.
