As we selected materials, we only choose the best quality products available; for example, we selected only natural stone for the pathways to give durability and rustic charm. Certainly one of the most impressive aspects of the Conley , was the installation of a beautiful water feature. The water feature was designed to serve as a centerpiece and to also establish a habitat for native wildlife. The shape of this landscape dramatically presented a challenge; thus, we developed various means to ensure proper drainage and water circulation, but in an aesthetically pleasing way. In addition to establishing lush landscapes, we gathered innovative outdoor living spaces accented with custom outdoor furniture and lighting to enhance the functionality of the home, ease of gathering, and overall ambiance of the site. As the coalesced, the outdoor furniture and loft and building lighting transformed the outdoor living spaces into a relaxing atmosphere. Ultimately, the Conley exceeded the client’s expectations with a that couldtake both aesthetics and functionality into consideration. The landscape was then permanently tamed as a result of our dedication to quality, and would easily challenge the overall value improvement in their home.
