Sport Courts by Dinsmore Landscape Company Dinsmore Landscape Company has completed another exciting outdoor landscaping called Sport Courts, located in Cambrian Park and including residents in Campbell, Los Gatos, and Santa Cruz. This new outdoor space enhances recreational and leisure opportunities for families. The proposal began with custom sports courts for basketball, tennis, and multi-sport activities combining the functional aspects with exciting visual appeal. Our team of landscape architects selected high-quality materials for the job, including durable acrylic surfaces that allow for safe and consistent athletic play. The court markings were purposely chosen for their bright colors to generate excitement and community to indoor sports. Additionally, low-maintenance synthetic turf was installed for the perimeter to enhance the overall landscape and provide a lush, green element to the site. During the construction, we faced challenges in terms of the uneven terrain of the site and drainage issues. However, Dinsmore Landscape Company's experienced crews were able to execute a grading plan and comprehensive drainage plan ahead of time knowing heavy rains could be an issue, thus facilitating playable courts year-round. The end result is an aesthetically pleasing and fully functional sports facility that meets our client needs, while also enhancing the entire neighborhood. The clients were overwhelmingly happy with the , which provided a safe area for family gatherings and community and family sporting events.
