Water Features by DiSabatino Landscaping and Tree Care Here at DiSabatino Landscaping and Tree Care, we completed a beautiful water features recently. This landscaping will turn someone's backyard into a peaceful escape. Our company services communities along the new harmonies from Wilmington to West Chester, and we were happy to take part in bringing a client’s dream to fruition using quality products and craft. The scope of the included a waterfall that cascaded into koi pond that were designed to fit into the existing landscape. We used natural stone that was gathered locally for the waterfall as a way to enhance the natural features of the landscape while also being conscientious utilizing more sustainable building products. The koi pond was contained by a durable, environmentally friendly liner, and we selected local native plants for the pond habitat with the intent of not only having the piece appear natural but also to further encourage biodiversity in the water feature. While accomplishing the work we faced challenges of the excavation with uneven ground/terrain and the existing tree roots. Our staff efficiently and systematically overcame all the unique difficulties with innovative techniques for undermining the roots of trees and constructed a stable base for building the water features for our client. Ultimately, you will see a beautiful landscape that elevates the property and creates a peaceful environment for our client. The sound of the water flowing, along the koi pond, created a scenic retreat on the property. We were ecstatic to hear from our customer how exciting 'their backyard has become the gathering point for family and friends.'
