This landscaping features a custom built natural stone patio of locally sourced flagstone to add durability and beauty to the landscape. Native plant species, providing coverage and biodiversity, are another focus of the , found on the curved pathways that run throughout, with the added bonus of not needing much upkeep. In the evenings, steps, pathways and the artistry of the landscape are beautifully illuminated, some strategically with artistic lighting fixtures. A significant challenge to this development was the natural slope of the site, which called for some creative terracing solutions to prevent erosion and to allow for functional space. To combat this, our talented team designed a series stunning retaining walls using reclaimed wood to add to the rustic charm while providing support. The design lends itself to outdoor living with a fire pit surrounded by custom seating areas for gatherings. The water feature is peaceful and gently flows with a local wildlife appeal and adds to the overall experience of the area itself. The end result is a cohesive sanctuary that makes the client happy with the right mixture of beauty and practicality.
