Arts & Crafts Garden Bethesda Bethesda Garden Design LLC put together the 'Arts & Crafts Garden' that features a core of earthy and floral elements to support a balanced relationship with the environment in an outdoor area that serves as a home base for artisans, artists, and gardeners. The carefully planned garden, which includes native plants, colorful perennials, and deliberate stone walkways, represents the ethos of the Arts and Crafts movement. We had sloped terrain to contend with on our site, and we had the creative challenge of integrating into that slope. We created tiered flower beds with local stone to provide structure, aesthetics, and improved drainage. Climbing vines on rustic wooden trellises enhance vertical interest and draw pollinators closer to an intimate floral palette. Every facet of the held quality above all else. Our materials are also sustainably sourced, with raised garden beds constructed from reclaimed wood and permeable pavers to allow for effective water management. Skillfully chosen stones were handpicked one by one to match each other creating the perfect healthy natural texture. The end product is an impressive garden that maintains the property’s curb appeal but provides a relaxing environment for the couple. We were thrilled to receive such a positive feedback from the client saying that the beauty and functionality flowed seamlessly to what we had provided and accomplished as a landscape design .
