This breathtaking avenue is not merely a swimming area it is everything and more one could desire from a luxurious getaway. Particularly, the includes a completely custom-designed pool with an advocating and sleek spa situated in the most impressive of locations. However, the highlight of this already miraculous transformation is the majestic fall of water down the natural stone. Not only does it create a calming, almost meditating atmosphere but also generates pleasing sounds. The waterfall reaches a grotto or a cave enclosed from the rest of the property. Ambient LED lighting throughout the cave and some plush outdoor furniture inside create an inviting, relaxing and an utterly private hideout, perfect for evening gatherings or for those couple minutes of silence needed to recharge one’s batteries. Master craftsmen at BSH went to great lengths to ensure only the best materials for this particular . Local natural stone enhances the property’s heritage vibe while ensuring the utmost durability. The pool features travertine coping and decking providing a slip-resistant surface that stays cool to the touch even during the brightest of sunny days. Needless to say, there were a few challenges to work through. For example, where and how to embed the inlet for the waterfall’s plumbing to travel to the next destination. In addition, the crew had to work out a strategy to ensure all water from the pool would not flood the masterpiece that is the property. The breathtaking ambiance can not only raise the property value of the house but, more importantly for the owner, it provides a serene private escape.
