Barton Creek Residence by GreenScapes Landscaping & Pools Set in the outdoors of Barton Creek, the Barton Creek Residence is a fine example of GreenScapes Landscaping & Pools approach to quality and innovation in landscaping. This promotes the Austin, Bellville, Brenham, Sealy and Round Top communities and displays our ability to transform outdoor space into beautiful escapes. GreenScapes Landscaping & Pools team created and implemented an overall landscaping plan attendant to the environment. The landscaping plan included native plants to draw the eye and promote local framework. The landscape contained a variety of native drought-tolerant species for less maintenance sustainable growth and responding to Texas environmental conditions. The outdoor living space served as both our discovery and finished focal point. The centerpiece is a custom stone patio surfaced with locally sourced limestone to provide durability and functionality for entertaining family in a naturally occurring surrounding. The layout also included a spectacular water feature complete with a falling stone waterfall and koi pond to foster a serenity, meant to take advantage of the peacefulness of the residence. Challenges faced during this included the contour or lack of contour in the property, to really take advantage of the property contours involved additional grading capabilities provided by our experienced team of professionals. Our finished layout resulted in a layout planned with god hardscaping/ landscaping combination while respecting the land contours, that resulted in stunning functional asset improvements for the residence. Final improvements included placing outdoor lighting for highlighting the attention to detail in the landscaping with the level of embellishments given for the architectural elements and enhancement of surrounding vegetation, to extend the function of the landscape day and night. Our clients were eventually overjoyed with the results of their newly completed landscape. The husband exclaimed, "The landscape now stands as an extension of our home, a beautiful canvas for hosting family and friends."
