Serving the beautiful communities of Austin, Bellville, Brenham, Seeley, and Round Top, GreenScapes set off to create an outdoor oasis that relates to the scenic views of the Texas Hill Country. The involved a design overhaul that included a gorgeous selection of native plant selections, thoughtful hardscaping, and enjoyable outdoor living areas. GreenScapes used durable materials such as local stone and eco-friendly pavers to incorporate materials with longevity but still be a functional and beautiful design. A distinct flagstone path meanders through expansive gardens to the tranquil water feature focal point to provide serenity while attracting local wildlife. One of the major hurdles facing GreenScapes was the sloped terrain that is common to Westlake Hills; therefore, innovative grading was necessary to meet drainage requirements and prevent erosion. The GreenScapes team sculpted the land, dedicating time to tiered gardens that look beautiful and manage water. The attention to detail not only overcame challenges but created an overall excellence in landscape design. The end result is a beautiful landscape that flows through the surrounding ecology. The colorful plantings provide textures and colors year-round while the well-planned living spaces are ideal for family and group events.
