Lakeside | Avenue 39 Landscape Design Avenue 39 Landscape Design recently completed quite a transformation with a in Southern California called 'Lakeside' and this demonstrates the quality and creative execution of the company. Avenue 39 stepped up to transform a lakeside property in such addresses as Anaheim, Newport Beach and Huntington Beach into a thriving outdoor hideaway for nature enthusiasts. This particular design is notable for having a sturdy composite deck that juts out over the water, providing stunning views and an excellent place to unwind. In a bid to elevate the overall experience of the landscape, we brought in a peaceful water feature, featuring a gently cascading waterfall, soothing sound, and an inviting wildlife sanctuary, enhancing the local ecosystem in return. We encountered numerous challenges with the slope of the property and drainage to deter from erosion. With careful placement of local river rock and native plantings, those issues were resolved and a sustainable, climate-appropriate landscape was established. Colourful but water wise lavender and succulents were planted throughout the garden. The end product is both functional and stunning, with intimate seats surrounding the custom fire pit for evenings outside. The client responded equally as high with their feedback, commenting on how their outdoor space had been transformed into a tranquil escape. We have provided our client with exactly what they wanted and were thrilled to have done so in a way that fits beautifully with the lakeside environment.
