The money shot: common outdoor living room The challenge: How do you create one continuous outdoor living space that flows together yet is built right in the middle of a massive sprawling estate that sits on the city/country line with the surrounding land? Native plant species were carefully chosen by our team in order to increase the biodiversity of the property while creating a low maintenance property. This design incorporates gorgeous gardens lush with colorful perennials, ornamental grasses, and beautifully situated trees for both shade and aesthetic appeal. The signature features are a graceful stone pathway, built from local limestone, that winds its way through the greenery of the property. They placed a beautiful water feature sensibly, a gentle fall down natural stones, attracting local birds and wandering sounds, enveloping this estate in peace. We also built an outdoor living space with custom built seating area, fire pit and up-lighting so you have a nice space to entertain or sit quietly under the stars. Initially, we encountered challenges such as uneven ground and some drainage issues through the . In-house specialists developed design solutions like a full drainage network that preserves the landscape and helps plants grow properly. The result is a stunning outdoor space that not only impresses the client but also enhances the dynamics of the estate.
