Our team carefully created an outdoor sanctuary having in mind all the requirements of the client as well as his lifestyle. Practical & Aesthetic The showcased a terrific balance of native planting, ornamental trees, and hot, hardscaped flower beds that not only look good, but also encourage local flora and fauna diversity. We committed to quality materials; the final product included sustainable stone pathways and custom cedar fencing, which are both long-lasting and beautiful. We installed a lovely water feature which not only provides focal point and tranquility but also attracts local wildlife to the garden. We faced both challenges in unleveling the terrain for drainage solutions and in turning toward innovation and creating practice. Experienced landscape architects and horticulturists collaborated to design a grading of water away from the house that still honors existing landscape materials. The end product is both functionality and beauty together in one stunning landscape. Well integrated hardscapes and softscapes create a peaceful old-world retreat where the Nichalson Residence can connect with both family and friends.
