About This Project

Seip Residence Garza Concepts is pleased to present the stunning landscaping done at the Seip Residence, located in downtown Palm Desert. This features our emphasis on quality, creativity, and client satisfaction, and as a team we concentrated on improving outdoor living conditions. The Seip Residence features custom-designed, drought-tolerant landscaping that brings together native plants and seasonal color. The incorporated high quality natural stone walkways and decorative gravel to create the environment. The team constructed a beautiful water feature, which adds sound and enhances the home from a backyard escape to an oasis. One of the considerations for the was to create usable outdoor spaces and mitigation of the varying site grades. As we integrated terraced flower beds and an outdoor entertainment area we created more than just the proper drainage, we created a decorative element. In the end, the result was beauty and function for the Seip family. They now have a comfortable space for family gatherings and meditation while still being considerate of the local ecology. Garza Concepts is proud to carry out another client inspired vision. When a such as the landscape at the Seip residence is finished, we know we have completed work that will be enjoyable to the family for years. In service of the residents of Bermuda Dunes, Cathedral City, Coachella, Indian Wells, Indio, La Quinta, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Thermal, Thousand Palms, Vista Santa Rosa, Newport Beach, and Crystal Cove Garza Concepts continues to change outdoor living as an innovative landscaping construction solution.
