Delicias Mexican Cuisine Landscaping by Garza Concepts Delicas Mexican Cuisine is located at the heart of the Coachella Valley and required a landscape redesign that matched its cultural significance. Garza Concepts committed to the serving the neighborhoods around Bermuda Dunes, Cathedral City, Coachella, and more. The design team created a landscape plan that masterfully combines the characteristics of traditional Mexican design with the functional requirements of modern dining. The sophisticated landscape included demonstrated native plant species like the colorful bougainvillea and sweet-scented jasmine, which add beauty and perform well in dry climates. Natural stone paths were used to guide guests around the outdoor dining area while bridging the gap between the areas and the bright colors of flowering succulents and ornamental grasses. A primary challenge was the unevenness of the site, which led us to introduce unique grading to create proper drainage in a welcoming way. Our talented team decided on permeable pavers that allowed rainwater to be absorbed naturally to maintain sustainability. The highlight of the landscape is an impressive outdoor patio embraced by rustic wood trellises with climbing vines. The space allows diners to many shade and comfort while enjoying their meal and appreciating the surrounding landscaping. In the end, the finished landscape is magical - enhancing dining and hospitality, while honoring Mexican culture. Garza Concepts prides itself on quality craft, and the beautiful transformation of Delicias Mexican is a wonderful example of our desire to deliver.
