Hidden Retreat by Garza Concepts Located in the heart of Palm Desert, Garza Concepts' 'Hidden Retreat' demonstrates creative landscaping while carefully balancing aesthetics with function and utility. Serving the dynamic landscapes of Bermuda Dunes, Cathedral City, Coachella, Indian Wells, Indio, La Quinta, Rancho Mirage, Thermal, Thousand Palms and surrounding areas, this highlights our commitment to quality and client satisfaction. The design incorporates a vibrant array of native desert plants, including agave plants, sages and ocotillo, which are selected for their ability to thrive in the desert climate along with providing color and texture at the landscape during all seasons. Custom stone paths made from local flagstone materials meander through the landscape assuring durability and placing nice accents along the way. The tranquil water feature with natural stone waterfall creates a soothing sound and spot for wildlife, while inviting people to enjoy the landscape at ease. One of the top obstacles to overcome was the site that displayed extreme elevation changes. Careful attention to grading, soil amendment and earthworks were needed to balance the site and make it approachable and inviting. Garza Concepts accomplished this by utilizing innovative landscaping techniques and equipment to design and create beautiful yet functional outdoor space. The final result of the , an outdoor space with a hidden oasis, exceeded expectations and delighted clients who now enjoy a perfect combination of leisure and luxury in their own backyard. The Hidden Retreat space provides ample opportunities for social gatherings due to the organization of seating areas along with ambient night lighting.
