One of the primary challenges throughout the process of developing Meadowbrook was working with the existing topography and site drainage issues. Our team skillfully addressed these challenges with a comprehensive drainage system and terracing techniques which not only enhanced the aesthetics of the landscape but also improved the management of water. The use of permeable pavers allowed for the absorption of rainwater prior to runoff, conforming to our vision for responsibly sustainable landscapes. The outcome is an aesthetically pleasing balance of nature and functionality. The central water feature serves as a point of focus, attracting wildlife and creating a soothing ambient sound of flowing water. Custom pergolas and seating areas are used as destinations for social gatherings and more reflective uses.
