Our team worked diligently to transform the property into a lush environment that harmonizes nature with the refined architectural detailing of the home. The featured a stunning spectrum of native California drought-resistant plants intended to grow in our area's weather and focus on reduction of water use. The encompassed a custom stone pathway made from local flagstone stocking the area in mixture with a serene outdoor seating outfitted with foliage filled flower beds. This tranquil area was even shaded by a newly planted grove of mature Jacaranda trees. A primary complication faced on the was the undulating lot. The crew performed a clever grading solution resulting in a multi-tiered garden contributing to the charm and design. Natural boulders were utilized throughout ensuring stability and a rustic appeal with the s elevation changes. The final product is a backyard retreat that soothes the senses - including a bubbling water feature which attracts local wildlife for the homeowner creating a lively but peaceful environment. The homeowner was ecstatic, sharing that the transformation increased their property value and their overall experience living within the property.
