Beverly Hills Landscape by Jeremy Taylor Landscapes Located in Beverly Hills, this beautiful landscape by Jeremy Taylor Landscapes represents a new level of outdoor elegance while complementing the luxurious environment. We transformed this large estate into a landscape that speaks to both sophistication and serenity. This included a diverse selection of native plants that are selected for their durability and beauty to ensure vibrancy year-round. Lush ferns, bougainvillea and lavender were used to elevate sensory experience. The design had an impressive custom water feature built out of natural stone from a nearby quarry that added both visual beauty and soothing water sounds. By far, one of the greatest challenges was the steeply sloped grade of the property. Therefore, our educated team created a series of environmentally-friendly terracing made out of... to create sites that seamlessly transitioned from level to level. This positively impacted the usable spaces, while enhancing the visual interest and layering of the landscape. To improve entertaining experience, a large patio area was designed with a composite decking with the utmost quality wood style, while eliminating a maintenance liability. The patio included built in seating and outdoor kitchen with a grill and bar area that creates an ultra-luxurious outdoor living area. This culminated with a tastefully orchestrated nightscape that included LED pathway lighting and the water feature illuminated shedding its beauty every evening. A simple light design put the property on display against the beautifully designed hills of Beverly Hills, while developing a peaceful escape providing shelter and coexistence within the environment. Jeremy Taylor Landscapes established a commitment to quality, value, customer service while transforming this Beverly Hills into an exquisite example of artisanal landscaping.
