The start of this began with a site analysis to address the various challenges we would face with the existing site conditions, including uneven topography and drainage. Our experienced team then responded with a grading plan to accurately modify the site for positive drainage, avoiding soil erosion. The materials selected not only corresponded with the home's architecture, but also maintained durability and lasting quality. Among the materials was a first-rate of pavers for a new beautiful patio suited for entertaining and relaxations. The patio included a custom-built stone fire pit to enjoy the outdoor space in the evenings and gather with friends and family. Surrounding the patio are a variety of drought-tolerant planting composed of native plants and ornamental grasses that provide four-season interest while saving water. To create privacy and serenity in the yard, we included a variety of evergreen trees and flowering shrubs to create a screen of natural beauty. An irrigation system was added to utilize efficient watering of the plants while we built the yard to add flourish the outside space. To bring together our main goal, we provided the client a beautiful yard that adhered to their needs, used modern hardscaping, and revitalized greening spaces that created fellowship for both.
