Beacon Hill Garden Level Located in the center of one of Boston's most beautiful neighborhoods, the Beacon Hill Garden Level , executed by Natalie DeNormandie, is an impressive example of transformative landscaping. This enhanced the space of a historic brownstone by creating an outdoor living area that reflects modern style with traditional charm. The gardens are planted with a wonderful variety of thoughtfully chosen plants, including colorful perennials that will bloom all summer long, aromatic herbs for culinary use, and tall evergreen trees for year-round height and ornamentation. High-quality materials, such as locally sourced bluestone for the pathways, ensure durability and style. The custom cedar raised beds added height, interest, and a functional growing space for vegetables. One of the challenges of this was stumbling block of limited access to the garden area, so Natalie and her team had to develop creative ways to transport materials and equipment throughout the . The designers were able to creatively manage moving site materials to help keep the surrounding landscape intact. The end result is a stunning garden oasis that complements the surrounding architecture of the hone. A serene seating area, complete with gorgeous wrought-iron patio furniture, invites the owners to relax surrounded by greenery. The lighting plan ensures the garden can be enjoyed at night as well as provide safety and usability.
