Elegant Bluestone Walkway on 45 Rotation Performed by Prairie Path Group, the Elegant Bluestone Walkway on 45 Rotation elevated outdoor sophistication at a home in La Grange. The beautiful walkway is built with high-quality bluestone pavers known for their durability and natural look. The design was specially executed to create a distinct 45-degree rotation for a more dynamic and interesting appearance as it guides visitors through the landscape. The installation came with several obstacles, including a non-uniform grade and existing plant beds that needed careful incorporation. However, we accomplished the difficult installation with ease by utilizing innovative installation techniques to progressively merge the walkway with the existing elements for a more complete improvement in aesthetics. Polymeric sand was also installed between the stones to add stability, reduce weed growth and allow for natural drainage. The result is a beautiful outdoor pathway that improves curb appeal while allowing the homeowners a place to host family and friends or take leisurely strolls around the property. The client said they were blown away with the finish, especially highlighting how the new walkway ties the garden together, beautifully enhancing their colorful landscaping.
