About This Project

Wing Lake Cottage Michael J. Dul & Associates, Inc. converted a delightful lakeside space into an exquisite outdoor oasis, located in beautiful Oakland County, showcasing the company's commitment to quality and creativity in the field of landscaping. The design we employed incorporates a unique combination of native plants and a tasteful hardscape. Locally sourced stone was selected for the custom patio and walking paths, ensuring longevity, all while blending with the natural landscape. An elegant water feature complete with a flowing waterfall, adds to the soothing ambiance of the while attracting natural wildlife and providing relaxation. Initially there was a challenge weathered which was posed by the site's topography. In order to avoid water pooling we developed a drainage system. Using a subsurface drainage field we allowed the aesthetics of the landscaping as well as its character to remain intact. The final result is an impressive outdoor space including a firepit area, lush gardens, colorful perennial displays all surrounding a quiet shoreline to easily access Wing Lake. Our client stated they were very happy with the transformation, specifically highlighting how well the indoor and outdoor spaces worked together. This is reflective of and exemplifies Michael J.
