This is a that embodies our focus on quality craftsmanship and unique design where we are designing outdoor living areas specific to the outdoor living areas of the communities we serve such as Aurora, Naperville, Wheaton, and many more. The foundation of this contemporary patio is actually sleek, large-format porcelain tiles, selected for their durability and beauty as well as to parallel the contemporary architecture of the home. In order to counterbalance all of the hardscape we introduced soft, native plantings that give depth and seasonality while also softening the large plane surfaces. The first obstacle we had to overcome was the uneven ground of the backyard that would need to be painstakingly graded and leveled to create a solid base for the patio. Using careful manoeuvres, and plenty of experience, we incorporated fine-topped techniques for adequate drainage and to stop erosion from ever happening again, giving our clients an everlasting outdoor paradise. Equipped with a fire pit that has been built in along with some custom-made seating, the patio is sure to be the centerpiece for warm outdoor gatherings and memorable entertaining. In addition, we installed well-placed outdoor lights, making the space more functional and inviting at night. The end product is an elegant and practical outdoor space that our client deems a success. The 'Modern Patio Design' enhances the property value, evolves the client's lifestyle for acclamation, and acts as a perfect retreat for relaxation and entertainment, all the while being a seamlessly well-done amalgamation of modern design and natural elements.
