Lake Front Luxury | Lanoha Nurseries On the peaceful shores of a stunning waterway, the 'Lake Front Luxury' by Lanoha Nurseries embodies a romantic balance of nature and masonry. Our team brought this sweeping waterfront property into a stunning natural balance between imbibed beauty and luxury that now serves the bustling communities of Bennington, Boys Town, Elkhorn, Omaha, Valley, and Waterloo. Centered within the lush landscape was a custom hardscape with refined stone pathways of locally-sourced bluestone weaving through the site. They designed and installed a gorgeous multi-tiered terrace with a stunning fire pit and custom seating using premium pavers and a surrounding planting bed filled with native plants. They boost beauty and help local flora and fauna. The slope of the land was one of the biggest challenges we had to contend with it created a drainage problem at first. To combat this, our expert team developed a complex drainage system and strategically placed the retaining walls to match with the surroundings. Not only did this provide for proper drainage and water access, but it also gave the garden some strength. The selection of plants was selected to provide beautiful plants year-round. With a combination of colourful perennials, ornamental grasses and evergreen shrubs, our palette of colours and textures is constantly changing through the seasons. Flowering plants are strategically planted to introduce spikes of color to create intrigue while attracting pollinators. Now that 'Lake Front Luxury' is finished, our client has both a serene backdrop for relaxation and a spectacular backdrop for entertaining. The end product is a striking combination of usabilities and aesthetics, a testament to the very fine workmanship that has become the hallmark of Lanoha Nurseries. The satisfied customer beamed that it has become a welcome addition to their lifestyle and aids their connection with nature.
