Omaha "High Desert" Feel Landscape- Hardscape Contractors Located in Omaha, the High Desert Feel landscape by Hardscape Contractors represents a beautiful combination of nature and design transforming an ordinary yard into a stunning outdoor experience. Our company serves the communities of Bellevue, Boys Town, and areas beyond. The challenge was to recreate to the aesthetic enjoyment of high desert landscapes, especially given their unique plant life and rock formations often found in these geographical regions. The began with a careful site examination to assess existing conditions and microclimates. The designers worked carefully to select a drought-resistant plant palette of succulents, ornamental grasses, and native wildflowers, to provide a cohesive aesthetic that would thrive in a climate that may limit their water use. Next, layered stone terraces consisting of salvaged boulders and gravel offered another dimension of texture through replicated rock formations. An important step in the proved to be developing an efficient irrigation system to sustain existing and new plant life. Keeping with sustainable practices our irrigation specialist engaged with our designers in what would be the first careful step in making a drip system to be visually appealing while sustainable, providing all necessary water to the plants without waste. The addition of pathways constructed from custom rock gave visitors a meandering experience that encourages engagement and also produced a practical solution to navigating the space over a plain space. The final result is a captivating oasis that awakes the senses and exemplifies high desert beauty. The client was elated with their , and noted the quality of workmanship by Hardscape Contractors digital work and organization took priority of importance throughout every step. The quality of work provided will only enhance their care of low-maintenance despite complexity of high-desert aesthetic charm.
