About This Project

Lakeway Patio II GreenScapes Landscaping & Pools completed the Lakeway Patio II and demonstrates our ability to create stunning retreats in outdoor spaces. Located in the charming Lakeway area, it highlights our experience in constructing attractive, functional landscapes that honor the natural beauty of Central Texas. It featured a large multi-tier patio built with premium flagstone, chosen for its durability and attractiveness. The color palette of the stone works harmoniously with the surrounding plants, creating a perfect transition from architecture to landscape. Additionally, we installed a custom outdoor kitchen with high-end appliances to create the option of entertaining or dining in the patio with ease under the Texas sky. As with any successful the land is sometimes the biggest challenge. In this case, the big challenge was the slope of the lot. Our very skilled team engineered small retaining walls with local limestone to create flat usable spaces and proper drainage for erosion control. This improved the usability of the patio, along with adding rustic charm to the land and design. We also used various native plants and ornamental grasses, like Texas sage and bluebonnets, to add color and attract local wildlife. The strategic use of landscape lighting allowed for a stunning outdoor area to enjoy evenings under the stars. All the parts of the came together to create an outdoor oasis that the clients enjoyed beyond expectations. Lakeway Patio II is a showcase of our quality craftsmanship and innovative design, and a wonderful example of how we elevate outdoor living in all areas surrounding Austin, Bellville, Brenham, Sealy, and Round Top.
