Loveladies, NJ Modern Patio The 'Loveladies, NJ Modern Patio' designed by J. Bucci Landscape Design is an excellent representation of our goal of creating functional outdoor spaces that look great while also serving a purpose. Located right in the heart of Loveladies, the developed a backyard that was ordinary, excitingly into a great outdoor retreat. The backyard was sloped, which posed a unique challenge for our team to make the transition from the patio to the landscaping completely cohesive. After preparing a workable plan, what followed was a well thought out patio with multiple levels that consisted of the highest quality bluestone pavers that were durable, aesthetically pleasing, and brought a contemporary appeal to the landscapes natural surroundings. We included a custom fire pit in the patio to warm up an outdoor evening and help gather family and friends together, along with two seating areas designed for relaxation and conversation. The addition of landscape lighting helped provide safety and beauty at night by accenting the lines of the hardscapes outlined in the patio design. We included plantings that are native to the area around the patio to soften the edges of the patio while simultaneously providing for birds and wildlife at the same time. Both the plantings and patio enhanced the overall backyard, in which the surroundings turned into a perfect outdoor escape in coastal Loveladies. The client was very happy with the transformation and was delighted see how the elements from the patio combined with a modern look with the natural charm of their property. Here at J.
