Modern Patio Oasis by J. Bucci Landscape Design Located in the center of Long Beach Island, the 'Modern Patio Oasis' from J. Bucci Landscape Design represents an ideal balance of modern design and functional outdoor living. The stunning initially started with the desire to elevate their property into an oasis - a special place for entertaining and relaxation. The features generous patio space with high-quality, durable porcelain pavers that look like natural stone while being even more durable to staining and the weather. Providing even more life to the patio and property is a diverse blend of native plantings that add beauty in moderation, as well as biodiversity to the local ecosystem. Carefully chose ornamental grasses and numerous perennial blooming plants will provide texture and color throughout the growing season. One of the most significant challenges we faced was the slope of the property itself. In response, we created an innovative tiered concept that utilized a locally sourced stone for the retaining walls. In addition to providing stability, this concept provided distinct zones for activity, including a fire pit area and a seating area for dining that worked with the landscape. Finally, lighting was an important aspect of this . We implemented energy-efficient LED lighting that showcases the features of the patio and creates mood lighting for evening gatherings. Overall, the was a wonderful success and created a magical patio that exceeded client expectations and created a luxurious oasis-like retreat for their outdoor experience. We at J. Bucci Landscape Design made a central effort to create an experience thoughtful of detail, quality craftsmanship, and bringing to life a bespoke patio experience that enhanced the aesthetic beauty and functionality of outdoor living spaces in Barnegat and the surrounding areas. The 'Modern Patio Oasis' experience at this property reflects our company's ongoing pursuit of designing spaces that inspire us and our clients.
