Our latest Hale Neighborhood at the edge of the stunning Yampa Valley perfectly illustrates our focus on quality and innovation. Having covered Steamboat Springs and Routt County, we took this head-on as we do with every , adapting to new circumstances. Hale Neighborhood: A complete landscape transformation for an entire residential community centered around sustainability and natural beauty. To keep maintenance low while minimizing visual clutter, we introduced low-growing plant species native to the region. We mapped out meandering trails between houses that interlink with community green spaces that were made of local flagstone artfully placed by our construction team. Reminiscent of the stone walls of the community garden, the boulders also provided natural seating areas and visual paths connecting spaces. We had to overcome many obstacles, one of which was the rolling hills of the neighborhood. Through creating grading solutions and drainage systems that do not allow water to pool up on any element of the landscaping and not erode the soil to maintain the area for a long time our team implemented proven methods of landscaping construction. A very efficient water conservation irrigation system was added to ensure the floraa are still nurturing even though the rest of the world is withering away. We used an open area as a central gathering space to install a naturalistic fire pit with native stone seating and colorful perennial flowers to enhance the sense of community. This welcoming space has become a hub of neighborhood activity around which community camaraderie can bond. We have delivered a final product of the Hale Neighborhood that exceeds our client expectations. The neighborhood now displays a welcoming tone with abundant greenery, open tracks, and common spaces enabling interaction.
