Landscape Contract Magazine, Altera Landscape Altera Landscape is pleased to showcase our 'Landscape Contract Magazine' , a perfect illustration of our dedication to high-quality outdoor environments and innovation. Serving vibrant communities in Southern California, including Aliso Viejo, Laguna Beach, and Newport Coast, this represents a blend of both aesthetics and function that responded to the client's context and vision. The design included a beautiful tapestry of native plant life distilled from the distinct areas of Southern California, encouraging sustainability. We sourced a variety of drought-tolerant plant varieties, such as Californian poppies and succulents, in order to minimize water use and also to promote eco-friendly growth. An installed, custom-designed stone path, procured from local flagstone, gently guides visitors through beautifully landscaped garden areas, achieving a sense of flowing spaces connected by functional features. A highlighted feature to the was an elegant outdoor living area designed with relaxation or entertainment in mind surrounding a modern fire pit. Areas were graded on uneven ground, allowing the introduction of terraced planting beds that help to prevent erosion and harmonize with differentiated layers of surrounding landscape. In conclusion, the renovation ultimately produces a beautiful landscape that is enjoyable for the client and invites communal enjoyment, particularly outdoors. Altera Landscape's effort and attention to detail and high-quality workmanship are noted in every detail at the client's farm, and the 'Landscape Contract Magazine' is a wonderful centerpiece in the heart of Southern California.
