The Delmonte showcases a painstakingly designed garden complete with native plantings, natural stone paths, and a gorgeous water feature that serves as the focal point of the garden. Using locally sourced granite boulders and river rock not only creates visual appeal but also earns points for durability and sustainability to withstand the challenges of Idaho's climate. Working with a property that had such a major slope needed innovative grading solutions as they needed the entry to seamlessly flow into the backyard oasis. The team expertly integrated tiered planting beds that enhanced their aesthetic appeal and also served a purpose effective drainage to ensure that the site didn't get flooded by all that water when the rains were heavy! The end result is a stunning home that marries function and form, complete with a peaceful seating area encapsulated by aromatic perennials and ornamental grasses.
