Piper Glen Pool and Porch Paradise Coogan's Design Build is proud to present the Piper Glen Pool and Porch Paradise , a landscaping that truly changed the landscape of outdoor living for our clients in Charlotte, NC. Located in the beautiful Piper Glen neighborhood, this combined beauty and function with a beautiful pool, large porch, and thoughtfully selected landscaping features. The crown jewel of the outdoor area is the magnificent pool, coated in iridescent mosaic tiles that brighten under the Carolina sun. We also built a custom stone patio surrounding the pool that uses natural bluestone, allowing a smooth and seamless transition from the pool to the porch area. While adding style, the stone patio ensured durability and slip-resistance. The porch was designed for all seasons with a vaulted ceiling and exposed wooden beams, as well as custom-made outdoor kitchen that's perfect for entertaining friends and family. Though it can be costly up-front, we ensured longevity by selecting high-quality and low-maintenance composite decking. We even helped set the mood with beautiful lighting for evenings together with loved ones. During coordination, we encountered challenges like uneven terrain and water drainage, to which our team was prepared to adapt. Taking the time and care with thoughtful methods and materials, including a French drain system, a professional storm water solution was installed to direct water flow and protect the beauty of the landscape. We worked diligently every step of the way to ensure the longevity of every feature we installed. Finally, to finish this outdoor paradise, several thoughtful, drought-resistant plantings such as ornamental grasses and perennials were used to obstruct view from the homes on the other side of the pool, however without blocking the bucolic landscape view from the porch area. The culminated into an outdoor paradise that not only turnover the client's property aesthetically, rather captures our hard work, craftsmanship, and quality the entire process though completed. Now, the eager home's owners can enjoy a landscape retreat in their backyard that illustrates everything Coogan's Design Build loves; building beautiful and functional landscaping s that improve the property value and the owner's lifestyle.
