Located in a beautiful coastal community, the involved a total remodel of the front yard to the back yard, combining luxury together with the natural beauty of the setting. We faced some unique challenges with this , including the sandy composition of soil, the wind and salty air of the coastal environment, and the need for a that would endure in the setting. As a solution, we selected a tough mixture of native plants, drought-tolerant grasses, and durable shrubs specifically suited to the high-quality aesthetics the property required. Highlights of the include a beautiful outdoor living space with a custom stone patio, integral fire pit, and attractive water feature for relaxation and enjoyment. The selection of carefully chosen materials, including locally-sourced flagstone and sustainably harvested timber, resulted in a finished product that is equally beautiful as it is sustainable in its resource selection. Vibrant flower beds were added for a pop of color in key locations to bloom at different intervals throughout the year, keeping the landscape interesting at all times. A sophisticated irrigation system was put in place to ensure the landscaping continues to flourish, successfully juggling styles and aesthetics while using water responsibly. The result is a beautiful outdoor oasis that adds beauty to the home and lifestyle of our clients. The owners are excited the and have a beautiful location for entertaining friends, spending time with family, or curling up with a book near the water feature.
