California Wave Deck by Outside InStyle Located in the idyllic region of Southern California, Outside InStyle's California Wave Deck reflects the artistry and skill that goes into every landscaping we take on. Located in the vibrant Playa Vista, California, this beautiful deck is designed to blend with the space while still reflecting the vibrant coastal vibe associated with the Golden State. Made out of sustainably sourced, high-quality Ipe wood, the Wave Deck features a unique undulating design reflecting the gentle ebb and flow of ocean waves. Not only does the design create an eye-catching aesthetic, but it also elevated the experience of the outdoor space for relaxation and entertainment purposes. The addition of built-in LED lighting along the edge creates a playful rendering of the rows of the deck encouraging outdoor social gatherings under the stars. The most significant challenge faced during the was the unlevel backyard. The highly skilled Outside InStyle team utilized professional-level leveling techniques and customized support systems to achieve a stable and aesthetically pleasing deck/foundation. The native drought-resistant plants installed around the deck provide sustainability and lower water consumption as well as enhanced beauty to the overall landscape.
