Peaceful Modern by Outside InStyle The Peaceful Modern by Outside InStyle is situated in the heart of Los Angeles and changed a sprawling urban lot into a peaceful space of modern elegance. Our company thrives in the wealthier neighborhoods such as Bel Air, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica - and that's direct evidence of the company's attention to detail and comprehensive design process. The vision of a modern tranquil, nature-filled space was the primary motivator behind utilizing hardscape and softscape design elements into a cohesive design. Many premium materials, such as slim porcelain pavers and natural stone accents created a relaxed, open space with noticeable crisp lines. California native drought-tolerant plants such as succulents were used, along with many sustainable features of the landscape, which is the primary ethos for Outside InStyle. Although we faced many challenges of steep landscaping and lack of sunlight in some areas, innovative grading techniques helped mitigate these while still allowing the owner to have usable space. We contrived a tiered layout that enabled enough drainage for the slope and also allowed for optimal sun exposure. The end result is a stunning landscape that provides a space for peace and reflective enjoyment. Multi-functional spaces, including a sunny patio for entertaining and a zen garden for linking to the peacefulness of nature, were created for the homeowners' enjoyment while entertaining friends or enjoying a quiet night stargazing. Fire pit seating areas make the space contribute to relaxation as well. Peaceful Modern exemplified Outside InStyle's commitment to quality and design, while enhancing the lifestyles of its owners - a perfect union of modern lifestyle and a natural landscape atmosphere. The clients are excited they are now able to experience their own beautiful oasis outside their home, which invites peace and style in the heart of Los Angeles.
