Summary: Flagstone Pathway At GreenScapes Landscaping & Pools, we recently finished a beautiful Flagstone Pathway that adds an elegant way to navigate throughout the backyard of a charming home in Round Top. In addition to creating a functional element connecting key parts of the yard, our Flagstone Pathway is an eye-catching aspect and a reflection of our quality craftsmanship. Using premium flagstone produced in the region, we crafted a pathway that gently winds to follow the natural contours of the yard. The colors and texture of the flagstone blended beautifully with the lush greenery and vibrant flower beds in the surrounding landscape. Additionally, to provide stability, we put down a stabilized base, then filled the joints with polymeric sand to prevent weeds or vegetation from growing, while allowing for proper drainage. One of the challenges of this was the complex topography of the property. Our team worked diligently to create an eye-pleasing pathway that flowed with the landscape with subtle curves that attract the eye to follow through and encourage exploration. We also installed low-maintenance, low-voltage lighting adjacent to the pathway for safety and to create an inviting atmosphere for those evening strolls that everyone looks forward to at some point. In the end, our product is a gorgeous flagstone pathway that adds an elegant look to the home while providing an inviting means to navigate for the family, friends and guests. Our client loved the final results and was blown away with how the workmanship transformed the original landscape and incorporated seamlessly into the overall design of their garden.
