Overview of the Contemporary Pool, Landscape & Decking in Houston, TX Gregory/Henry Landscapes is excited to announce our latest , a beautiful residential outdoor space in Houston, TX, combining contemporary design with functional expertise. Located in a busy neighborhood, this includes a beautiful sleek modern pool that melts into the manicured hardscape decking and natural landscape. In this environment, we faced some challenges such as a slope and existing mature trees that we needed to maximize and plan with. We selected composite decking to ensure durability and less maintenance, while also using natural stone coping on the pool because it properly sets off the contemporary look in the pool area. Very lush landscaping was utilized, including native plants and ornamental grasses, to provide beautiful interest and support biodiversity as well. During the , we also planned for lighting to provide an inviting area to gather in the evening after the day had ended. We are proud of the quality of our detailing in blending hardscaping and softscaping materials. The was a successful partnership and it completely transformed an unused area into a breathtaking outdoor oasis to relax and entertain. Gregory/Henry Landscapes is proud of our ability to produce quality s while blending our skills in design and build to transform residential properties all over Bellaire, Bunker Hill Village, Cypress and beyond.
