The surrounding communities of Bellaire, Bunker Hill Village, and West University Place also fall within the area served by our team. We planned and built a contemporary outdoor space that skilfully blends fashion and form/functionality, with modern intent. The included a well-designed layout featuring multi-level deck built with high-quality composite materials that are both durable and visually appealing. A sleek custom fire pit with contemporary seating was built, creating the perfect place for gathering family and friends. In addition, we strategically placed LED lighting fixtures throughout the back yard that added illumination and improved the ambiance with the use of lush greenery. One of the initial challenges of the was the existing variance in the contour of the soil. We spent time grading and leveling the land which was necessary for adequate drainage and building a strong structural base. The retained a flawless installation of contemporary design through the use of landscaping design and processes. We chose low maintenance native plants and drought tolerant landscaping to simplify the maintenance of the back yard. We've used decorative gravel and stone pathway to enhance the aesthetics and allow access to different areas of the back yard. The outcome was a simply stunning back yard that the client was thrilled with, using all indoor/outdoor components of modern designa back yard they could enjoy as a retreat. The combination of quality materials, careful landscapes, and excellence in service left the client always eagerly happy in the space for many years to come.
