Willow Blue Run Residence TG&R Landscape Group has successfully transformed this suburban property into a tranquil outdoor retreat that combines beauty and function. Nestled in the heart of Fort Mill, our design and construction team was challenged to create a usable space that married with the existing natural fenestration of trees on the site. The began with an extensive design layout using native trees and plants that were well-suited for the area to keep maintenance requirements minimal while providing a sustainable landscape. We utilized durable materials like natural stone for the sidewalks and patios while keeping the required aesthetic of the space in mind. The result was a dedicated space built around a custom fire pit and seating area that would encourage friends and family to gather and enjoy. A unique challenge in the was the design of the yard, which consisted of varying elevation changes, which required tiered grades to create affordable access and drainage. With the help of our crew members, we leveled the landscapes and created terraced garden beds that produced a staggered affect and provided visual depth in the landscape design. The final design consisted of enhanced, lush, well-thought-out vegetative structures combined with aesthetically pleasing water features that provided visual points of interest while adding a soothing auditory component to to the overall plan. Carefully selected flowering perennials and evergreen plants were utilized to help ensure a sustainable that would provide varied interest in the landscape throughout the year. Following completion, our team maintained the lawn area and invited family and friends to join in play activities in this newly developed space. Ultimately, the clients were thrilled with the end result and took the time to reach out and express their appreciation for the attention to detail and commitment to quality provided by TG&R Landscape Group.
