Boyd Cove Residence by TG&R Landscape Group Situated in the beautiful Boyd Cove community, the Boyd Cove Residence is a testament to the quality craftsmanship and innovative design by TG&R Landscape Group. We serve the greater areas of Catawba, Edgemoor, Fort Mill, and beyond, and transformed this suburban landscape into a radiant outdoor setting that is in tune with the natural site. This has a delicate balance of hardscaping and softscaping. To get started, we constructed a custom stone patio with locally sourced flagstone that flows seamlessly into the home. For evening gatherings, we centered the patio around a fire pit-to provide warmth and atmosphere for nightlife. To help meet the client’s request for privacy and tranquility, we established lush garden beds planted with locally sourced perennials and ornamental grasses. Not only do these native plants improve the designs appeal, but they add to the habitats of local biodiversity as well. The installation of premium mulch and stone edging defined each garden area, leaving a clean and finished look while suppressing weeds. A rigorous part of the was to mitigate drainage issues that previously existed in the yard. Our team of experts included a modern drainage system with french drains and positioned rain gardens that resolved the water flow dilemmas while providing moments of interest with selected plants. This backyard is a stunning design for homeowners to enjoy that embraces the local natural beauty. Thoughtful design, quality materials, and attention to detail within execution are highlighted with its peaceful feeling, making it an ideal space for relaxation and family gatherings.
