### W Mt Gallant Residence by TG&R Landscape Group At TG&R Landscape Group, we are excited to bring exterior elements and spaces that express beauty and functionality. The 'W Mt Gallant Residence' embodies quality and client satisfaction located in the scenic area of Rock Hill, SC. The full-scale landscape included a complete transformation of the residence's outdoor area to improve curb appeal and usability. Our team completed the integration of many components to enhance the overall atmosphere and beauty of this outdoor living space, including a custom stone patio built from locally sourced bluestone, which offers elegance and durability. Adjacent to the patio, we constructed a custom fire pit surrounded by inviting seating areas for family and friends to cozy up on clear starry nights. The also included a careful selection of native plants and ornamental shrubs which offer seasonal colors while requiring no maintenance and promote sustainable landscaping. Our landscape architects additionally navigated some challenges of the property including steep topography and drainage. We incorporated grading methods and French drains to promote water drainage while protecting the contours of the land. In addition, we installed an efficient irrigation system to ensure the landscaping would remain lush year-round with minimal effort. The end result was a cohesive conversation of hardscape and softscape living together to create a relaxing outdoor space for the family to enjoy for years. The 'W Mt Gallant Residence' met and exceeded the client's expectations showcasing the respected standard of craftsmanship and quality by TG&R Landscape Group. We have proven once again we can bring dreams to life in areas such as Catawba, Edgemoor, Fort Mill and beyond with this remarkable transformation.
