About This Project

Shoreline Custom Home Elite Horticulture Services Located along Lake Morton-Berrydale's tranquil shoreline, the landscaping of the Shoreline Custom Home was a beautiful location with the potential to create an incredible outdoor living area. The landscaping was completed by Elite Horticulture Services. Our company is dedicated to providing quality and excellence across all the aspects of the landscaping process. The consisted of a mix of native plantings and ornamental elements selected to enhance the home’s natural beauty and sustainability. To create a livable ecosystem which would attract existing wildlife, we incorporated a lush and varied palette of greens, including vibrant rhododendrons and hardy ferns. Furthermore, our skilled designers used high-quality materials locally sourced to build elegant stone walkways and a stunning retaining wall that offered support while enhancing the home’s structural and aesthetic features. A considerable challenge was posed by the lay of the land (i.e., it was sloped). The design needed to integrate some sort of solution drainage management and soil stabilization, and it needed to look good! Our designers achieved this with a tiered garden approach, which would efficiently manage the water and supply greater visual dynamic through a correlation of colorful perennials, and ornamental grasses. We completed the with a custom-designed outdoor living space (firepit with seating areas). This was a blank canvas that would continue to be a family gathering focal point and be a great space for enjoyable evenings. Upon completion, our client was ecstatic. The transformation will provide a beautiful landscape that enhances the value of the home while providing a pleasurable space for relaxation.
